台大法律資料分析實驗室--強盜罪量刑估計模型
說明
- 本系統使用歷年關於強盜罪之判決，經由數據化後建立人工智慧模型。
- 本模型可以依照犯罪各項情狀，由判斷者勾選「向左減輕/向右加重」，再由各個情狀的權重綜合提供量刑估計區間，有可能超出法定刑或處斷刑之範圍。
- 其區間與各項情狀所帶來的影響，可由左方的瀑布圖看出。
- 左下方為「輸入情狀」的相似判決，並可以連結到原始判決全文，讀者可以使用這個來瞭解其他相似案件的樣態。

- This model is made by judgement of Robbery Crime in Taiwan, and We digitalized factors and trained AI model by machine learning.
- The reader can followed the situation of crime fact, click "to left for reduce/ to right for enhance". Then AI model calculate weights from each factor, provide the estimation of sentencing area.
- The sentencing range and effect of each factor can be seen on the Waterfall graph by left-side.
- We also provide several similair cases of the inputs. Click it you could link to the original text. The reader can check the detail by theirselves.
